Tell us about yourself, Bri. How about something that hasn’t been previously stated? Maybe a phobia or pet peeve. I have too much confidence that in turn makes it hard for me to lose weight. I know the irony. LOL
What genre do you write and what genre would you love to try? I write paranormal romance, romantic fantasy and romantic suspense. I would love to do a thriller. I’m pretty sure my mentor would be thrilled since that’s what he writes.
Tell us about what you've had published. I have a introductory short published called Caffe’s Seduzine that is the sort of preface to a novel called Mafia Seduzione. Both are romantic suspense that puts a new spin emotional fidelity and love triangles. Familial Witch is a novella that is again a prelude to a novel that is still untitled, it’s a paranormal romance set in a world I made up.
Any works in progress? Glazier is my first full length novel that will be releasing at the end of May. A romantic fantasy based on a soccer mom turned supernatural spy.
What's your inspiration or drives you as a writer? Books, my own imagination, music, other authors, the control that creating your own story enables you to have.
How long have you been writing? Since I was a child.
Do you have a dream man/cop/detective? Does he appear in your writing and if so, what does he look like? Idk about dream man. It seems that every character that turns out to be like my husband I always end up killing off. I tell him it’s because I don’t like to share.
Please tell us what you are most passionate about outside of writing. Exercise, religion, family, service
What makes you laugh? Cry? Dry humor, cruelty
Sinful indulgence? Books
Can you describe the time you realized you were indeed a "real" writer? When I finished my first novel.
Thanks so much for taking the time to answer these questions. The floor is yours. Please tell us where to find your work, your website, your blog, book trailer, and anything else you care to share.

About our guest:
Bri Clark is a real example of redemption and renewal. Growing up penniless in the South, Bri learned street smarts while caring for her brother in a broken home. She watched her mother work several jobs to care for their small family. Once her brother could fend for himself, Bri moved on to a series of bad choices including leaving school and living on her own.
Rebelliousness was a strong understatement to describe those formative years. As a teenager, her wakeup call came from a fight using brass knuckles and a judge that gave her a choice of shaping up or spending time in jail. She took that opportunity and found a way to move up from the streets.
She ended up co-owning an extremely successful construction business. She lived the high life until the real estate crash when she lost everything. She moved west and found herself living with her husband and 4 kids in a 900 square foot apartment.
She now fills her time, writing, blogging, leading a group of frugal shoppers and sharing her southern culture. Her unique background gives her writing a raw sensibility. She understands what it takes to overcome life’s obstacles. She often tells friends, “I can do poor. I’m good at poor. It’s prosperity that I’m not used to.”
Bri and her husband Chris live in Boise. Bri is known as the Belle of Boise for her true southern accent, bold demeanor and hospitable nature.
